All Twelve South products have a one-year warranty covering defects in workmanship or materials. For warranty service, products must have been purchased within the last year from Twelve South or an authorized Twelve South retailer.

In order to request a warranty replacement for an item(s) that you purchased online or in-store from an authorized Twelve South retailer, we require that you provide us with the below information regarding your purchase, including a copy of the dated receipt for the order. We apologize, but no exceptions can be made. Once submitted, we will review this information along with the provided reason for your request. You will receive an email within 1 to 3 business days notifying you of the status of your request. We thank you in advance for your cooperation through out this process.
