I use mine by my bed to watch movies etc. unfortunately I’m extremely unwell long term so spend a lot of time in bed. Before I bought the hover tower I used to just hold my iPad in my hands while watching a movie and would fall asleep and the iPad would crash down on my face!!! This is a hell of a lot better.
I just received and assembled my HoverBar Tower and I’m pleased with it. It was a little difficult to get the three bars screwed together at first. They would screw on about one turn and then they didn’t want to screw past that. I was afraid to force them because I didn’t want to damage the threads. Finally, by rubbing a bit of plain, unscented candle wax on the threads, I was able to get them together without applying much force. My iPad Pro 11” fits inside the clamps even with the cover on it. It has a weighted base, is sturdy, and I think it’s going to work well for my needs.
